Subcontractor Pleads Guilty In Fatal Scaffold Collapse

Collapse Kills 5 Workers

NEW YORK -- A Long Island subcontractor pleaded guilty to manslaughter Tuesday in connection with the deaths of five workers killed in a Manhattan scaffold collapse.
