And Three More....

Speaking of confined spaces, our intrepid British correspondent, Rory O'Neil of Hazards sends this:
Three people killed in slurry vat

Three men were killed when they became trapped in a vat of slurry in Norfolk.
It is believed two of the workers had plunged into the 12-feet deep tank to save the other man.
It is unfortunately not uncommon for potential rescuers to outnumber original victims. This comes from lack of training.

But don't worry, "Norfolk Police said they were not treating the deaths as suspicious." Tragic, preventable, pointless and hopefully criminal...but not "suspicious."
