Man Receives Up To 29 Years For Killing Worker

Philadelphia -- A judge imposed consecutive sentences totaling 14-1/2 to 29 years on Christopher Manigault for killing Kenneth Wasiek, 32, as he stepped out of his city truck at a work site on June 24, 2003. Manigault was convicted of "driving under the influence" of alcohol.

Bad luck. If he had killed Wasiek in a trench, or confined space, he'd have gotten off with a few thousand dollars and no jail time.
